services

Four ways to stop being the bottleneck.

Most clients start with the audit and take one or two of the others from there. You do not have to buy all four, and I will tell you which one your money is best spent on first.

01 · operations

Audit and rebuild

Two to four weeks. The one to start with.

Best for: an owner-run business of five to forty people where too much routes through one desk.
Start with an audit →

I map how work actually moves through your business rather than how the org chart says it does. Then I find every point where something waits on a person instead of a process, and rebuild those points so the work carries itself.

  • 01A written process map of every recurring workflow, from first enquiry to final invoice.
  • 02A ranked list of what is costing you money, with what it is costing and how long each fix takes.
  • 03Standard operating procedures your team can follow without asking you a question.
  • 04A named owner and a response standard for every handover point.
  • 05A weekly reporting rhythm so you can see the business without being inside it.
02 · crm and follow-up

Follow-up that runs itself

Three to six weeks. Usually pays for itself first.

Best for: anyone spending on ads, agents or referrals and unable to say what happened to those enquiries.
Fix the follow-up →

You have already paid for the enquiry. The expensive part is done. What kills the return is the four days between someone asking a question and anyone answering it, and the fact that nobody knows whose job that was.

  • 01The right CRM chosen for your size and budget, set up and populated with your existing contacts.
  • 02Lead routing rules, so every enquiry lands with a named person within a set window.
  • 03Follow-up sequences written for your offer, across email, phone and WhatsApp.
  • 04Retention touchpoints, because the second sale to an existing client is the cheapest money in the business.
  • 05A complaint path that closes issues out instead of letting them sit in your direct messages.
  • 06Your team trained on all of it, with the documentation to onboard the next hire.
03 · executive support

A right hand for the founder

Ongoing, monthly retainer. Part-time or fractional.

Best for: a founder or managing director who needs one reliable person holding the whole picture.
Talk about a retainer →

Eleven years of doing this for leadership in energy, capital, education and real estate. Not a virtual assistant taking tickets, but someone who knows what is coming, what has slipped and what you have not been told yet.

  • 01Diary, travel and meeting coordination, defended properly rather than filled.
  • 02Confidential correspondence, board and investor preparation, research and briefing notes.
  • 03Project tracking across your direct reports, so you find out about a slip before it becomes a crisis.
  • 04Vendor and stakeholder management, including the follow-ups you keep meaning to send.
  • 05A weekly written brief on what moved, what stalled and what needs you specifically.
04 · growth

Client acquisition, structured

Project or ongoing. Best taken after the CRM.

Best for: businesses with a proven offer and no repeatable way of putting it in front of people.
Plan the campaign →

Posting and hoping is not a channel. This is campaign work with a number attached to it, built on the lead generation I ran for international real estate where the volume made sloppiness impossible to hide.

  • 01A channel plan with a target cost per enquiry, so you can tell what is working within a month.
  • 02Campaign setup, management and reporting across your paid and organic channels.
  • 03Content strategy and search-focused writing that brings in enquiries rather than impressions.
  • 04Sales scripts, call structure and objection handling for whoever picks up the phone.
  • 05Monthly reporting tied to closed business, not to reach.

how we can work together

Three ways in.

the audit

One-off diagnosis

Two to four weeks. I look at everything and hand you a written diagnosis with a ranked fix list. Yours to keep and to implement yourself if you would rather.

the build

Ninety-day rebuild

The audit, then I build what it found. Systems set up, procedures written, your team trained and running it before I step back out.

the retainer

Ongoing right hand

Monthly, part-time. I stay in the business as the operational and executive backbone while you concentrate on the part only you can do.

before you ask

The questions I get every time.

It depends on the size of the business and which of the four you need, so I quote after the first call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. What I will commit to is that you get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts, and it does not move afterwards.
Yes. I have run operations and client relationships across Dubai, Doha, Lagos and the United States, most of it remotely. For the audit I prefer to spend some time on site if you are in Lagos, because sitting inside the business tells me things a call will not. Outside Lagos it works remotely with a heavier first week.
If you are a solo operator, you probably need a tool and an afternoon, not a consultant, and I will say so. The work starts paying for itself somewhere around five people, or earlier if you are spending real money on generating enquiries.
No. Almost every business I have worked in was under-systemised rather than over-staffed. Good people look unproductive when they spend half their day chasing information. Fix that and you usually find you needed them all.
Access and honesty. Access to the inbox, the tools, the team and the last few months of enquiries. Honesty about what is actually happening, including the parts that are embarrassing. I have seen all of it before and I am not here to grade you.
That is the design goal. Everything is documented in plain language and owned by a named person on your side before I go. If the business only works while I am in it, I have built the same problem you hired me to remove.

next step

Not sure which one you need?

That is the most common place to start. Book the call, describe what is going wrong, and I will point at the one that pays for itself fastest.
