about
Someone has to hold the whole picture.
For thirteen years that has been my job, in seven industries, for founders who were very good at the thing they built and drowning in everything around it.

the short version
I am not a strategist who has never run anything.
I spent eight years as the administrative and executive backbone of an energy company, where I handled procurement, vendors, confidential correspondence and the managing director's entire operating rhythm. Not advising on it. Doing it.
Then I did the same across a capital firm, an education consultancy, an international real estate group and a software company, adding marketing, CRM and team leadership as I went. At one point my job title contained six functions at once, because that is what a growing business actually needs and rarely admits.
That is the difference between me and a slide deck. I have sat in the seat. I know what breaks, because I have been the one it broke on.
where i have done it
Thirteen years, seven industries.
CRM, Marketing & Business Operations
Real estate at international scale. Lead generation, CRM ownership, tele-marketing, executive assistance and team leadership, often simultaneously. This is where the volume was.
Head of Marketing · Team Lead, Operations
Owned the marketing function and the operational coordination behind it. Campaign strategy, content, lead generation and the team delivering it.
Corporate Communications Team Lead
Stakeholder communication, brand messaging and internal coordination for a holdings group.
Executive Assistant & Mentorship Coach
Ran the principal's diary and correspondence while coaching students through the application process end to end.
Executive Assistant
Executive support inside a capital firm, where discretion and accuracy are the whole job.
Administrative Executive & Executive Assistant
Eight years in one seat. Administration, procurement, vendor management, scheduling, reporting and confidential correspondence for the leadership of an energy business. Long enough to see what compounds and what quietly rots.
Front Desk & Customer Service
Where I learned that most complaints are not about the product. They are about nobody getting back to you.
B.Sc. Microbiology
A science degree, which is a strange route into operations until you notice that both are about controlling variables and reading what the results actually say.
what i am actually good at
The five things I keep being hired for.
Business operations
Workflow design, process improvement, performance tracking and the unglamorous coordination that decides whether a good plan survives contact with a Tuesday.
CRM and client relations
Choosing and setting up the system, then building the follow-up, retention and complaint resolution that make it worth having.
Executive support
Diary, travel, board preparation, research and confidential correspondence for founders and managing directors who need one reliable point of contact.
Marketing and growth
Digital campaigns, content strategy, SEO and lead generation, measured against a cost per enquiry rather than against how busy it looks.
Team leadership
Leading small teams through the shift from working around one person to working from a shared system, which is mostly a people problem wearing a process costume.
Communication
Sales conversations, presentations, stakeholder engagement and business correspondence in a register that suits whoever is on the other side of it.
how i work
Four things you can hold me to.
I will tell you if you do not need me
Some businesses need a system. Some need one honest conversation and a different hire. I would rather say that in week one than bill you for four.
I build things your team can run
A process only I understand is not a fix, it is a dependency swap. Everything I set up comes documented, in plain language, owned by a named person on your side.
I work in your business, not above it
I sit in the inbox and the WhatsApp groups and the actual mess. Diagnosis from a distance produces advice you already knew.
Discretion is not a selling point, it is the floor
I have handled confidential correspondence for energy, capital and real estate leadership for over a decade. What I see in your business stays there.
next step
Find out whether we fit.
Forty-five minutes on a call. Tell me what is breaking and I will tell you plainly whether I am the right person to fix it.
